P5B deluxe with G.Skill

I'm a RAM noob so forgive my stupidity. I'm building a new system and I'm trying to figure out what RAM to buy. I probably won't overclock much. This system will be used for video editing and occasional gaming.
Set-up:
Antec P180B
Seasonic S12-500
E6600
Asus P5B deluxe
7600GT Silent Pipe II
G.Skill RAM F2-6400CL4D-2GBPK
Is this a good pic for RAM? I don't need super good stuff, but I want to get the most out of my C2D stock. Any other specific suggestions? Should I just drop down to DDR2-533 to save $$$?
