I have WinXP Home w/SP2. There are 5 accounts. On 1 of them, when the
user opens an email message from her work using their web based email
service (iNotes Web Access), we can not print the message using the
'Print' button in the message window. On the other 4 accounts,
the 'Print' button works normally.

At first, we thought it was a 'Pop-up blocker' problem. After adjusting
those settings, the 'Print' button works properly in the other 4
accounts, but not this one account. Among the other 4 accounts, 1
admin, 2 user and 1 guest. The account having the difficulty is an
admin account. I am suspecting one of the numerous settings for
Internet Explorer. Is there a utility that can display or print a side
by side comparison of the IE settings for one or more accounts?

Of course, other suggestions are appreciated,
TIA,
steve
