i wanna request/recommendation ur help in building a new system...

Budget: around $1000

my planned specs:

processor: Intel Core 2 Duo E6600 2.4Ghz

mobo: P5w dh deluxe?/p5b deluxe?.....(i heard that asus have new mobo: p5b-v dh deluxe...how about it?)

Graphic: XFX gf 7600gt

memory: corsair ddr2 667 1gb (value ram)

storage: western digital 250gb sata2

optical: sony dvd burner

monitor: samsung lcd 17" 740N

casing: raidmax ninja


need your help in complaining my specs....

Not a bad build, but don't buy valueRAM. Its not very good at all.

i bought value ram, but got lucky and will never buy it again. Also, consider getting a new PSU too. Stock no-names are 95% of the time, junk.

Ah i missed that. Thanks for pointing it out Enforcer.

RaidMAX PSUs are JUNK. I had a 430W that was complete garbage. AVOID.

Switch the video card to this BFG Tech 7600GT OC. It's $114 after a $30 MIR. That mobo looks fine.
