What is nigVaLE.exe and why can't I delete?

I have ZoneAlarm installed and every time I boot up it
notifies me that nigVaLE.exe is trying to access my
Internet connection (cable wideband). I usually "deny",
but even when I "Allow" I don't see any effects.

I tried to delete it from the TEMP folder but it wasn't
allowed.

Does anyone know what this program is and what it does?

Thanks,
bh

It doesn't seem to be a Microsoft file. Perhaps the properties of the file,
or any registry entries with the file name, can reveal more about the
source of it.

Best regards
