SATA/IDE MB question

I have an ASUS P4C800-E Deluxe MB and I want to know if I can use both the IDE controllers and the SATA controllers at the same time. I am running Windows XP SP2 in case that matters.

No problem at all. The IDE's and SATA are different controllers and you can load up all connections at once no prob. 8)
