Mobo for E6300 with sata2 and raid 0,1

My colleague suggested the following MOBOs for a core2duo E6300 system, would appreciate your thoughts regarding these options:

- The P5B,
- AB9Pro,
- Gigabyte GA-965P-DS3

The board should have:

(*) SATA2,
(*) RAID 0, 1,
(*) Firewire would be nice but is not critical,
(*) OCing capacity, light duty only, I don't game.
(*) PCI x16 for video card

Cost aside, how would you consider these options. Would you pay extra for the P5B Delux?

The Gigabyte is solid and cheaper, only doesn't have the Firewire onboard (but easy enough to add via PCI slot)

The regular P5B only implements raid on the jmicron chipset, which allows you to raid one SATA and one eSATA drive, which I assume isn't what you want. If you need raid I don't think that'd be suitable for you.
