Drivers for GeForce 6800 GT

I have looked for a long time now after drivers to my graphic card GeForce 6800 GT, and I can't find any good drivers. Before I formated my computer I had really amazing drivers, but now I can't find any good I have searched, and search but whitout any good result.

Do you guys know any good drivers?

The newest ones from NVIDIA is NOT good!

I can't remember what number they were

The current ones give me crappy FPS, and it's very laggy in almost every game.

I have AMD64 3000+, 3x512mb DDR RAM PC3200 and ASUS K81-E DELUXE.

I formated because of I had so much unessecary(?) stuff on my computer I wanted to get rid off.

Not sure if you know but if you go back to the Nvidia site where the video drivers are, there is a link to click on that will give you ALL the drivers that they have produced to date.
I believe you want to find the link called Archives.
Once you get to that link, all you have to do is think about what date it was when you got your card....then look for the forceware drivers that were produced around that time. Now obviously it's not the most recent right? and OBVIOUSLY they are not from 2 years ago or more. Try and narrow down the time frame and you should be able to widdle it down to a fw versions.
All you have to do then is try a few out particularly on games that you know the drivers performed well on.

PS Make sure that if you DO try a variety of defferent drivers, use Driver Cleaner PRO ( a free download) and REMOVE the old ones you don't want before installing the next ones you want to try.

I have tried the drivers on the cd from when i bought my gfx-card, and those are awful
