I have looked for a long time now after drivers to my graphic card GeForce 6800 GT, and I can't find any good drivers. Before I formated my computer I had really amazing drivers, but now I can't find any good I have searched, and search but whitout any good result.
what makes you think drivers? you aren't using beta or hacked drivers are you?
Whats the rest of the system look like, can you give us full specs, it may not help me much but it'll give someone else a clue as to what might be another problem. And can you tell us if you did anything else other than just format, and why you did the format. All these little tidbits of info might help.
Hey Ecol,
Not sure if you know but if you go back to the Nvidia site where the video drivers are, there is a link to click on that will give you ALL the drivers that they have produced to date.
I believe you want to find the link called Archives.
Once you get to that link, all you have to do is think about what date it was when you got your card....then look for the forceware drivers that were produced around that time. Now obviously it's not the most recent right? and OBVIOUSLY they are not from 2 years ago or more. Try and narrow down the time frame and you should be able to widdle it down to a fw versions.
All you have to do then is try a few out particularly on games that you know the drivers performed well on.
PS Make sure that if you DO try a variety of defferent drivers, use Driver Cleaner PRO ( a free download) and REMOVE the old ones you don't want before installing the next ones you want to try.
Wish I could be of more help bro. Good luck
