The advertised is 4-5-4-15, not much of a big difference, but it still annoys me that I can't get it down to advertised.
I set my voltage to 2.0v, and tryied setting the command rates to 1 and a 2 clock to try and boot(that is the T# command, right)? Got windows32 system file is corrupt and it doesn't boot, but if I clear cmos it boots on the nasty 5-5-5-15. I'm using the latest bios. It's not causing me any problems right now since I don't really plan to overclock but if I can get the timings down, I will.
The board psychic left for the day so you will have to tell us the brand and model # of the ram, what mem bus speed you are running, what MB, what cpu, etc.
yeah we need more info buddy. but already it sounds like the problem is the motherboard. furthermore, it sounds like ur running an intel based system? timings are usually more of an issue w/ intel motherboards than with AMD motherboards.
