Upgrade from Vista with only the Dell 'reinstallation' disk?

I have a Dell desktop with windows vista 32 bit on it but only have a 'reinstallation' disk. Is there a way to install windows 7 64 bit upgrade (yes, hardware will support the 64 bit) even though I only have the 'reinstallation' disk....or am I hosed and will have to buy the full install version of Windows 7? ...anyone know?
thanks
