Looking for new graphics card to get most out of processor

I currently have an Intel Pentium 4 2.40GHz w/ Hyperthreading processor. 2 GB of RAM. And a Nvidia GeForce 4 Ti 4200 128 MB with AGP 8X. I'm looking for a new graphics card that would help me get the most out of my processor. Thanks.
