CPU: Fine
Motherboard: Great choice
RAM: Get DDR2-800. Try to get 2GB.
Video Card: GO for a GT instead of a GS.
Hard drive: Ok, but Seagate drives are faster and more quiet.
DVD: Fine
Modem: I hate you are on dialup my friend.
Power Supply: 350W is a bit low. Look at 500W unit like the Antec Smartpower 2.0 500W.
