help choosing ram for AMD build

im debating between buying a ATHLON 64 FX or a Athlon 64 X2 - 5000, and im not sure which ram to get. i want the CORSAIR XMS2 DDR2 2GB (2x1GB) TWIN2X2048 - 6400C4PRO but im not sure to get the CAS 4 4-4-4-12 2.0V model or the CAS 5 5-5-5-15 1.9V model (will be upgrading to 4 GB when Vista comes out). if u think a different company would be better then please list. all help will be very helpful because i dont know anythin bout ram.

Just remember that if the voltage listed is higher than 1.8V, you may need to manually set that memory voltage in order to run at the given timings.
