Dell RT7D50 Model Keyboard (Not working)

Hello, my problem is my RT7D50 model USB keyboard is not working. I've had no problems with the keyboard in the past but, I accidently restarted my computer and now my keyboard doesnt work. I mean when windows is booting up I can hit escape to go into Safe mode, Bios, etc. But, when I try to log into Desktop my keyboard doesn't type. Please, help I haven't played shadowbane in 2 days! thanks

Sounds like you lost your USB or KB driver. Other possibility is that +5 spiked and fried the KB.

Grab ahold of a classic PS2 (no its not Playstation 2) keyboard (if no one has one laying around, go and buy it for like $8 somewhere) so you can get into Windows and such...Then you can do all of and any reloading you need to do.

Check/change the batteries in the keyboard if it is a wireless. Simple solutions sometimes!
