I have received as a Christmas present a Typhoon 3500 PDA with GPS
but the Microsoft Pocket PS version 4.20.0 (Build 14053) is in German.

What can be done to replace the program from German to English. I know
that the same product is sold from Germany to England, Australia, etc
end are in English language.

Can something be done here in USA for a radical change?

I can not get through to recommended website.
I still ask for help in changing the German program, to English
on my new PDA/GPS Typhoon My Guide 3500. Where to call, ask for
support. What I get by calling 00800 22 55 89 74 is a phone operator
telling me to try later.
