Format hard drive

Hello,
How do I wipe out the hard drive and start over in Windows 7?

Welcome to the forum. If you want to reinstall Windows 7, then drop in the 7 disc and boot to it. Choose custom and delete the existing partition. Then, create a new partition from the unallocated space and format it. Click next a couple times, etc. That should do it.
