how to enable quota limitation in file server for individual user?

Open your Windows explorer.
Select the properties dialog box with the right mouse button.
Click on quota tab and "enable quota management"
Push the button "quota entries"
The Quota menu/New quota entry, and just select the groups or users you need
to restrict
