New build - No Video

Just got my new system in from Cyberpowerpc.com and no Video. It seems to boot up ok . . fans spin etc . . lights on. I changed out the Vid card from a 7900 GT PCI Exp to an old 6200 PCI Exp. Still no good. Switched to an old monitor no good. Am currently using the new Monitor (19 LCD WS Viewsonic) on my old system just fine. Time to RMA the tower back to have it looked at? Motherboad issue perhaps? On boot up LCD says no Signal / Digital . . . even tried diff cables. Thx in advance for any help!!

Too soon to RMA until after you give the tech support people a chance to help you troubleshoot.
