Tool to generate report for files creation, modification, ..

I enabled auditing on a specific folder of a Windows 2003 server. Is there
any tool in the market help to generate report of file creation, modification
and deletion on Windows 2003 Server by analysing the SECURITY log of the
server or whatever methods?

The report shall include: -
- Total number of file creation of that parent folder and sub-folders.
- Total number of file modification of that parent folder and sub-folders.
- Total number of file deletion of that parent folder and sub-folders.
- Whatever statistics report useful to analyse the file system usage of the
server.
