Distributed File System ?

I'm trying to get an idea of what DFS will or will not
do for me.

I have two AD servers (Primary and backup) one in each of two
data centers, on the same domain. Both have 300 gig of RAID disk.

Every day, in data center #1, I will create new folders; and share each
folder out;
then add specific "Domain\user" rights to the new directory and the share.
These folders will contain new data that has to be backed up daily to
computer #2
in the other data center. (tar files, zip files, 50mb+)

Will DFS mirror these to computer and disk-set #2 in the
other data center? (new folders+data+shares+folder&share rights)
