Is this Motherboard worth it, It is an open box buy. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Prod [...] 813180064R

It got good reviews back in 2004 when released. Deciding on this or the ASRock.. which is now out of stock.

You might want to stay away from an open box. Especially a MB. The MB may power up for whomever tested it as being OK. But to power up alone doesn't mean the first owner didn't flash the BIOS and corrupt it ruining the board. The price is right and you have a quick return period if you take the chance.
