Help me turn my Dell into a computer...

A while ago I bought a Dell Dimension 9100 as an unbelievable package deal with the 24" monitor. It is time to turn it into a computer. I'm not a gamer, but plan to try some racing games someday. It will be used mostly for Photoshop, file storage (soon with RAID), music, and other general work. I want to be able to use my Pentium D 820 now and upgrade to a Core 2 Duo someday. I also want to play around with overclocking.

I plan on reusing:
Pentium D 820 2.8GHz
1GB PC5300 DDR2-667 or PC4200 DDR2-533
24" Flat screen
ATI Radeon X600 256MB
2x Seagate SATA 300GB
2x Seagate SATA 400GB (coming soon)
1x Seagate SATA 160GB
1x Seagate IDE 200GB
Toshiba DVD
NEC DVD +/-RW DL
Logitech Wireless keyboard and mouse

Here is what I have been trying to decide on:

Probably something modular - Any Suggestions?

CPU Cooler
Zalman CNPS9500

Case
Lian Li PC-60 Plus II

Motherboard - Any suggestions or input?

Motherboard: Given that you're planning on putting so many hard drives in this system, grab an Abit AB9 Pro

you'll need to stuff the IDE hdd into an enclosure, or get a sata>IDE adapter, or ditch the dvd-rom since all c2d mobos only have one IDE (2 IDE drives max)

Actually that's not true. There are some 975X based boards, and some NF4 based boards supporting Conroe which have 2 IDE channels..... a couple of those boards include:

Asus P5W DH Deluxe (975X)
Asus P5N32-SLI SE (NF4 SLI)

These are just a couple.... there are more.
