files and folders permision

Archived from groups: microsoft.public.win2000.file_system (More info?)

Dear All,

I have a number of files and folders located on a share and I want to allow
users to be able to read, write, create. within this share. However I dont
want users to be able to delete and modify any of these files or folders. So
far I have been able to set the permissions to read, write and create, but i
am not able to set permission of delete and modify.

Any help is much appreciated.

I have recently installed storage server with windows 2003 appliance edition..
