just because it has 4 pci-e slots doesn't mean it can run quad-crossfire.
U can run 2 gpu's in crossfire.(and if it happens to be cards with double slot coolers then it don't really matter)
The black pci-e slots can be used to install cards to have multiple displays.So u could have 2 x1900 gt's running in crossfire(donglelessly)4 displays.
And 2 x1600 xt's.So total of 8 displays.
Don't get false ideas.

Yea, 4 PCI-E slots doesn't mean quad-CF. Try fitting four X1900XT in there.
