System32 folder file removal

I posted a question on 8/26/2005 and it has yet to be answered with other
than questions. Can someone help please?

Boot the recovery console and remove it from
C:\WINNT\system32\ntvdm.exe
C:\WINNT\system32\Dllcache\ntvdm.exe
