Hello

I get an error message that says explorer exec has been closed. Now all
I have is a blank screen.

Any suggestions welcomed

You can re-run explorer a couple ways

1) Reboot the computer

2) run explorer.exe from the task manager, under FILE --> New Task.

However i recomend fixing what caused the problem. Also, what OS are you running? Windows XP will re-launch explorer automatically when it shuts down against your will.
