Power Management with the Pentium M - need help please

Hi wizards!

I have a laptop w/ a Pentium M processor.

Is there any setting which i can set so that when I plug in my laptop into a
power outlet, the power scheme automatically switches to Home/Office desk,
and when i unplug it goes back to portable/laptop?

I have been going into power management manually and changing it so far.
When I change to home/office, the frequency goes to 1.4Ghz and when i go to
portable/laptop it goes down <1Ghz.
