I am having trouble with my S9000 (I believe it is basically same
mechanism as S600). The black cartridge no longer prints, though it has
lots of ink. Cleaning and deep cleaning don't help. Can the user
replace the printhead? This is the type where the print nozzles are NOT
built into the cartridge.
