The subject says it all, and I am very grateful for all leads. My current
downloaded media player just won't install tho I have everything updated as
high as I can on my 3660.

I assume you mean the microsoft media player... Just as a reminder, there
are alterntives for every kind of content except wmv, and they are free, if
it comes to it. Even some wmvs will play with beta player if you rename the
file to an AVI extension, depending on the compression. There are features
with some of these that WMP should have incorporated a very long time ago,
IMHO.

But with that said, how about backing it up, doing a hard reset, then
installing windows media player? Or have you exhausted this route?

Sorry to hear about the grief.

Take a look at Conduits Pocket Player 2.52. It's a great application and
can play multiple file types including HTTP streaming. You can get more
information at http://www.conduits.com.

I assume that your have Pocket PC 2000. The best you can get is "Windows
Media Player 7.1 for Pocket PC 3.0" if you really want Windows Media Player.
