I'm going to buy a GECUBE RADEON X1950XTX card. And I never heard about GECUBE. Is that a good brand? Thanks.

Just a brand. All are basically same. Nothing really different then warranty (sometimes same waranty), and the package contents are different.

If the price is good, go for it.
