Planning to share broadband with neighbour.

Current setup....

Home 1- wireless router hardwired to 2 pc's

Home 2- wireless pci card in PC # 1

This setup works fine. Question, how can we network (hard wire) 2nd PC in home 2 with PC # 1 to give 4 PC's on WLAN??
Presently these 2 PC's can't see each other!
All running XP.

Any suggestions appreciated.
