Best Display - Price not an issue

I'm designing my next PC and my budget is near limitless... (grant money has to be used or lost).

Which Display (s) should I get? It will be used to display video content, the occasional game, and lots of documents/PDFs.

Currently I'm considering:

1 30" Apple Cinema Display w/ 2 19" LG displays
2x 24" Dell UltraSharp 2407FPW Wide Flat Panel LCD
Waiting for the HP 30" Display
2x 24" HP EF224A4
3x LG 19" 2ms (For productivity...)

If the Apple Cinema Display had a better refresh rate this would be a no brainer...

What do you guys think? Is the achilles heel of the apple cinema display (14 ms refresh rate) signifigant? I'm known to occasionally play CSS or the new FPS...

My friend has a 30" Cinema display and he has no complaints about it...but he doesn't game or do much video editing work...

The Dell's are the best right now for gaming. Take a look at the latest Maximum PC issue on building the ultimate gaming rig. It's a no brainer.
