help new rig wont boot

hi, i just built my system asus p5b series mobo, xfx 7900 gt, corsair 1gb ram, xfi soundcard, hipe psu, saitek 2 keyboard, e6400 core 2 duo.

well i connected every part and when i turn on the power all the fans run but
nothing happens the monitor stays on sleep mode i tried to rise the mobo up so it wont short and i dont know what to do so plaese somebody help please

You could post on Pcmech, I guarantee that will get you fixed. Try disconecting/reconnecting stuff, did you forget to connect the power connectors to the motherboard, forget to connect the CPU fan, anything like that?
