jumping into the crack

I can't seem to jump into the crack in gahreesen where the wall is moving
(well actually the prison itself is rotating) Anyone else have this
problem? I'm stuck there, can't seem to find anything else to do. I linked
back to Teledahn and used the linking stone behind the crate to link to a
different part of gahreesen and pretty much did everything I could do there
as well.

Use third person view, stand straight against he wall and start walking.
You do not need to jump, just keep walking until the crack comes.
Then turn around and exit the crack the same way in the next room.
