best speakers for money

Hey my current cheapo speakers just burnt out... I was wondering what you all think is the best speakers for the money. I don't want to spend much.

when you say best speakers for money what price range are you looking at?

anyways, x-230s are great for its price

but if you want a descent speakers i suggest u go for klipsch

or if that is too much for ya, try this one

The price range im shooting for is around that of the x-230's, around 40 dollars.

I've used both Logitech brand and Klipsch and I prefer Logitech alot more.
I know this isnt in your budget but, I've had the Logitech 5300e's for about 2 years and I couldnt be happier.

well, go for the x-230s because it will be way better than your old speakers

well it all depends on what you want.do you like it loud and bassy???or do you like it soft and clear in tenor???anyways,just try and get what you think best suits you and your needs.I personally like a 270 watt plus system.however i have set my sites higher and louder things like a logiteck 500watt 7.1 surround sound system.

I have those X 230 and they sound pretty decent. They have some nice bass as well. I have had them for about 2 years. Every once in awhile I will get some distortion in the left speaker and some ringing noices.
