Memory choices for an ASUS P5WDG2 WS Pro mobo running an e6600 conroe:

Choice 1: (I am leaning toward choice 1)
Patriot
2GB (2 x 1GB)
DDR2 1066 (PC2 8500)
5-5-5-9 at 2.3V
$490
Can get it right now.

Choice 2:
G.SKILL
2GB (2 x 1GB)
DDR2 1066 (PC2 8500)
4-4-4-5 at 2.4V
$500 or more.
Might be weeks or more before I could get.

Choice 3:
Corsair XMS2 DOMINATOR
2GB (2 x 1GB)
DDR2-1066 (PC2-8500)
4-4-4-12 at 2.4V
$600 or more.
Might be weeks or more before I could get.


I am thinking I will just pull the trigger on the Patriot. What do other people think?

Since you can get 2x1GB DDR2-800 4-4-4 2.2V Ballistix RAM for $200 AR, why spend 2.5x money for, at best, only a small percentage improvement?
