Alright, I got a Thermaltake Kandalf and an Asus A8N32-SLI Deluxe motherboard. The front panel connectors for the case are a bit different then the ones my motherboard takes.

For example, the USB 2.0 connectors is as wide as the connection on my mobo but it's only one pin thick, not two as on my mobo.

I really don't care about the firewire or audio ports but I do about the USB Ports. Does anyone have any information on this? Any help would be GREATLY appreciated..

I have been in your situation as well, it's a pain in the ass. I solved myself by looking in the motherboard manual and the case manual. If you can't find either of your manuals, check the internet, I know Asus posts manuals on their support site, and Thermaltake probably does as well. Sorry I couldn't be more help, but attack it like a lego set, a wire at a time. Figure out what each is, and you'll get it before long.
