I have currently overclocked my amd64 San Diego from stock 200 to 225. Mild I know, but I am new to this, and only running air cooling (Arctic Cooler I think its called) my memory is running 1:1 and is at stock timings (2.5-3-3-7-1T). I know that proc speed is king, but I am a gamer, and I am wondering if I should try to tighten timing more, or go for more clock speed. If I left out somthing important please let me know, I am new at this. Thanks!

I don't know much about this but clock speeds have more of an effect on performance than timings. Your timings look pretty aggressive already.
