Conroe 6400 Homebuilt need advice !!!!!

Hi I didn't check new pc hardware since 1 year (my last pc) SO I took like 2 or 3 hour to get me up to date on different web site. And this is what I came out for one of my friend that will mostly do video editing, only need the tower all ready got monitor, keyboard, mouse. Btw I'm from quebec(canada) so those price are in Canadian dollars.

Gigabyte GA-965P-DS3 ATX LGA775 Conroe P965 DDR2 PCI-E16 3PCI-E1 3PCI SATA2 GBLAN Audio Motherboard $174.90 (heard this one is good and it got what I need on-board Audio seems to be fine since he dont really care about the audio and he will not really play game.)

Mushkin Em PC2-4200 2GB 2X1GB DDR2-533 CL3-2-2-8 240PIN Dimm Dual Channel Memory Kit $248.57 (This is the one I'm not shure... okay he will not do overcloking so I had the choice between this one low cost and REALLy fast CLS) or this other low cost memory -
Ocz Gold Xtc PC2-6400 2GB 2X1GB DDR2-800 CL5-5-5-12 $224 (800 instead 533 but this is what I dont know... since he will not do overcloking those more mhz will be lost... and this one is really slower from the CL.. so I guess the pc will be faster with the regular 533 with the lower cs... ?)

Seagate Barracuda 7200.10 320GB SATA2 3GB/S 7200RPM 16MB Cache Ncq Hard Drive $109.99 ( 320 will be more then enought and I check couple review those sems to be the fastest HD for 7200 rpm.)

XFX GeForce 7600 GT XXX 590MHZ 256MB 128BIT 1.6GHZ DDR3 PCI-E Dual DVI-I TV Out RoHS Video Card $180.23 ( -10$ less then the ati x850 but this one is little more clocked then the regular GT so it should be like the x850 ?? and I need PCI-E)

ya well its under 200 $ can and he give me a budget around 1500 so atleast if he decide to install like bf2 or quake some day he will have good fps with his gc and cpu.

DDR533 if not OCing. If he is not going to play games then get him AM2, its cheaper and can play games in the future.
