Unable to set vcore on Asus P5W DH

Hello,

This should perhaps be in the motherboard section, but it's cpu related also so.

I bought this motherboard 5 weeks ago and have been using a celeron D 331 since. Today I finally got my E6700...
The problem is that I cannot adjust the vcore at all, the only available option is "auto". I should perhaps mention that I was able to adjust it when I used the celeron, but not anymore.

I can however adjust all the other voltages, but not vcore.

The BIOS version is 1101

Does anyone know why I cant change the voltage anymore? I find it very odd.

The first step would definately be to update the BIOS.

You also need to turn off the power saving features C1E and EIST I believe.

Thanks, I disabled C1E and EIST... and now it works
damn I feel stupid... lol
