Xbox360 HD inputs to computer

Ok, So The 360 comes with hd outputs( the prong end). My 7900GT came with an svideo cable that has the other end of the s video cable, along with hd plung ins (inputs) now, when I connect the two I was hoping to get a swith video out option or something to play my 360 through it. But nothing comes up. Please help?

I might be wrong but I think the S-Video port on your 7900GT is an out, not an in. You need a tv-tuner card or an allinwonder from ATI to play your 360 through the computer. A much cheaper alternative is to get an av switcher from radioshack or one of the online stores, then you can switch your moniter between the Computer input and the Xbox input easily.

Ok, I have aTV card too but with only standard components. But I get one of these swithces, I assume I plug the monitor in the back of that thing, and the 360, then that has another video input that goes into the computer DVI port or something? Thanks for the help.
