Looks good. Good video card for ~$100. Should get 350MHz without much fuss. Some people will probably try and talk you out of the Antec PSU, but it should work fine. Just one caution. That motherboard only has one PATA port, and i assume your old drives are PATA, then you'll have to replace them with SATA, or get an ATA100/133 controller card. GL

Should get the job done for you with 2 extra PATA channels for 4 devices.
Good looking list. 350Mhz FSB = 2.8Ghz (350x8) or about 32% overclock.

I already have a ata card because currently I have 3 hard drives and 3 cd/dvd drives so I'll carry the card over. It is a Promise controller, but I don't know the exact model. Should of been more clear on the parts I'm carrying over. Thanks guys I am probably going to buy tonight.
