I'm going to put together a DFI infinity 975x, DDR2 800 corsair RAM and a 6400 processor. Do you foresee any OCing problems or does this seem solid? Any thoughts or considerations about the MoBo would be appreciated.

Ok, well I guess I need some advice on cooling options because I haven't thought that through yet. Maybe this one?

HIPER 530watt OR 580 watt PSU
DFI Infinity 975x
C2D 6400
Corsair DDR2 800
GeForce 7900 GS (I know my board only supports crossfire but I'll worry about that when DX10 cards come out. I'll probably never run 2 GPU's anyway.)

The Zalman is overpriced when you can get cheaper alternatives that work just as good if not better.

Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 Just as good but far better when you consider price/performance ratio
Thermalright SI-120 Better
Scythe Ninja Plus Even better, but out of stock currently.

DFI 975x Infinity is a not so good ocing mobo according to reviews. Get Asus P5B Deluxe, it's a sure bet.
