I used MS Money 2005 and Pocket PC 2005 on my Dell Axim X50V and had no
problems until I loaded the ActiveSync 3.8. Now it keeps telling me I have
an older version of Pocket Money and won't sync.
I tried deleting all software and re-installing the old AS 3.7.1 and still
will not sync. I tried PPC Money 2004 too and no mater what I do, I keep
getting the dreaded "Resolve Issues" message; but it never lets me change
any settings in ActiveSync - it just disables PPC Money.

I'd try installing PPC Money again. Mine still worked after the upgrade to
3.8. The handheld is just the X50 (not VGA) but I don't think that shoudl
matter any.
