I just got a new windows 8 and can not find a tool or task bar. What to do?

Hello,
I just got a new windows 8 and can not find a tool or task bar. What to do?

- find the windows start key and press it.
- click on the desktop tile and it will flip you to the desktop
- you can mouse over to the lower left corner of the desktop to get back to the start screen
or just hit the windows key.
- if you are in the desktop just move your mouse to the bottom of the screen to show the empty task bar.
