Flashing NVIDIA Nforce 410 with new bios

I want to overclock my NVIDIA Nforce 410 motherboard and my x2 3800+ but theres no options in the bios for overclocking. Is there a way to flash the bios so I can have options to overclock? Its Phoenix Award Bios, what can do? Last option would be to buy a new board...it would have to be the cheapest s939 board in the world since im going to school and dont have space for much money.

try clockgen or similar to overclock in Windows (it worked on my Abit nF-95).
If you say exactly which mobo you have (you just gave the chipset) then perhaps others can help more.
