Never build a Intel computer i need advice on Mobo

Its my 1st intel comp so i really dont know what is good for it I checked in my price range and i think the MSI P965 seem to be good i dont overclock and i will have 2G of memory with a 1900XTX!! As you can see by the Graphic card ima gamer only but sometimes i burn DVD or convert some extension. If you can help me in choosing a mobo if this one is not ok it would be appreciated!! Tx in advance
