well one day it could with some kind of pirate driver.
it has 1 16 and another 4x well I believe that means thats a door open

not sly, for conroe mobos you need to wait for the new board with nvidia 500 series sli chipsets.
or choose the for example the P5N32-Sli Deluxe

or if you really want sli you can change 180º and choose an amd build, theres lot of boards sli ready. like M2N32-sli.
