hangs at bootup, no keyboard

I just put together a homebuilt and when I attempt to boot up, the system hangs at the bios screen and there is no response from the keyboard. I can't access the bios setup or do anything else for that matter. when i turn on the computer initially the lights on the keyboard do flash...


here are some system spec and components...

Antec P180 Case
Antec TruePower 2.0 power supply
LGA775 motherboard
Pentium D 3.0 Dual Core
2 gig Corsair XMS DDR2 Ram
WD Raptor SATA drive
WD Caviar 320 gig
DVDRW

I am using a ps/2 keyboard...

i tried clearing cmos... that didn't help

Turns out one of the ram chips wasn't seated properly...

boots up fine now....

now only if i can get windows installation to recognize the sata drives....
