ok im short on cash so ive had to change my plans slightly, i would like to kno if i buy 2 seagate 320gig HDD now, and use them for storage.

will i be able to buy 2 more seagate drives in about 1 month(when i get paid) and set up a raid 5 without losing the data that would be stored on the other 2 drives?

In all likelyhood, no. Some controllers will allow you to add disks to an array, but I don't know if you can go from one type of array to another. Meaning, you may be able to add a disk to a raid5 array, but not change from 1 to 5, etc.

Check the documentation for the controller and see what it says, that's the only way to know for sure.
