Help me find a motherboard please!

Sorry if I made something similiar to this, but now I am ready to compare and buy.

I need a 478 socket motherboard, without onboard video, an AGP slot, at least one SATA port, 5 PCI slots, and 4 RAM slots that support dual channel.

I know your probably wondering why I wan't such old socket CPU support, and the reason is that I have 2 P4 3.2's that are doing quite fine for surfing the net and playing Battlefield 2.

My gigabyte GA-8IK1100 recently died on me, and I need pretty much an exact replacement.

I have looked everywhere, compusa has one perfect, but they are out of stock in all the stores that are near me.

Frys has crappy 478 socket mobos, and has moved onto mainly new sockets.

I found 3 on newegg, but must wait for them to be in stock.

I don't want to try used on ebay.

If anybody has any sites, or direct links to motherboards, or has one for sale, I thank you very much!
